MONTREAL – A 22-year-old man is being sought by police for attempted murder after a 21-year-old woman suffered multiple stab wounds in her upper body about 2:20 a.m. Tuesday, during a domestic dispute.
The assault took place in Verdun, near the corner of Wellington St. and 3rd Ave., Constable Daniel Fortier said.
"We do not fear for her life," he added.
The man being sought is the victim's ex-boyfriend, Fortier said.
