I remember a pretty little girl who lived on 3rd ave.down by LaSalle Blvd. Colleen Milmine. She was a friend of my sister Gail. I was once not very nice to her and to this day I still feel shame. Colleen, if you're out there, Im sorry. Lorraine

Bruce: I used to hang around with Colleen, in fact ask her if she remembers us getting picked up by the cops for "stealing" in Crawford Park!! The police picked us up and took us to the police station for stealing apples off of apple trees LOL So much for our life of crime. I laugh so much when I think of it now, but we were shaking in our boots then hehehehe. I believe Andy McNeill (sp) was our accomplice. Tell her that I said hi, how is she doing? Connie (Coleman)

hi Connie i was just breezing thru the message and notice the word Crawfordpark...I also use to steal apples and money from milk bottles that was put out for the milkman..I got caught by the police and never did it again..I lived on Clemenceau street at that time....i use to know people from osborne street and brown blv., but none on the avenues...
Wouldn't it be nice if the biggest crime kids did today were steal apples off of a tree LOL
