gee this could be a major discussion!
The worst landlord I had in verdun was a guy called Mr Sabia...he advertised his flats as Modern or "Non Modern"...his own home had huge casts of lions at the gates of his "palace" yet he rented out some horrid places...in Kingston there is a report which comes out each year warning the incoming Queens U students regarding awful landlords...just wondered if anyone here had a terrible landlord (don't have to mention names I guess) or a great one.
