The news reports that power is out to some parts of the island,........

Hi Winston,.......the reports are of many power outages,so Bill may have to wait to get back on;line,........but there are no reports of major damage, so it looks like everyone seems to be Ok We will here from him later I guess,......

Want to listen live to KKCR Hawaii,............click kere http://www.kkcr.org/live/live.html I did try several other Hawaiian Radio Stations,but couldn't get a few of them to install quick enough, However this station,has a wide variety of music,.......from Reggae,...Hawaiian (too of course),.....Blues,..Jazz etc etc Rock,.......... BTW the airport(on the big Island is closed(due to no power) consequently Linda Lingo Gov(od Hawaii) has a state of emergency & asking people to stay off the roads,for now........ this station however is in Kaua'i,.....and isn't under the same restrictions: .........ps : I like the music that's onright now,...So I guess I've found another outlet to checkout at times ,to hear different stuff........ See you learn something new everyday There has also been several 'strong' aftershocks.................
Feeling especially good tonight now that my friend the electricity is back on. Actually the power just came on a few minutes ago at 1040 PM.
The quake woke me up this morning from what I thought was a wet dream (kidding). It only lasted less than a minute. I rolled over and went back to sleep. My mother was in a bad one years ago in Southern California. She woke up in the middle of the night, with her bed vibrating over to the opposite side of her bedroom. The walls cracked from top to bottom, and the refrigerator ended up in the middle of the kitchen. Broken dishes scattered everywhere.
