man i tell you the pot holes in verdun are driving me nuts

Ps: This site is monitored but not actively posting on a regular basis. Mostly these are stories & some photos saved from a defunct site known as Verdun Connections which was on MSN Groups initially then on a social network called Multiply.

tell us, how big are they? Here in sask they are only potholes up to about 2 meters across, after that, they are called "loose gravel".

oh yeah it was up near 4th ave lol ... well i just got a new car so any hole pisses me off , but have you driven on the aves in summer try 4th ave youll understand

Potholes are one thing I do not miss. We're pretty lucky out here on the island, I can't even think of an area that has potholes.......mind you.......4bying on the logging roads is another story altogether. We used to do quite a lot of that a few years ago, but not so much any more (guess we're getting along in years). Joking, just joking, I'm NOT, repeat NOT getting old.....I just have a lot more experience, hahaha. Cheers.

dont get me started on parking in verdun .man like 4 years ago it was no problem parking in frunt of the house,maybe play the parking game with the guy next door but thats it .now verdun has all thease hanycap parking on the ave's and i dont know if verdun people are getting richer but i think every house owns 2 cars or more .....lol

Yes Mr.Frantic.... POT HOLES IN VERDUN! No matter where we all end up living through our lives, we ALWAYS remark on those damn pot holes in Verdun.....if I see a couple of pot holes around the streets in this area in B.C. it brings me back to Verdun pot holes....why is that I wonder? I suppose hitting a pot hole in Verdun when we were kids in the family car, was a source of entertainment....back then. Wait a minute....what family car???!! cookie
Yikes!!! potholes Haven't thought of them for a long time,..but whenever I do see one,..it immediatly reminds me og Montreal's famous 'potholes' Some of the worst I can Remember were always on StPatrick along the canal,.... Guess they are not this bad ye t ,are they? hahahahahhah havefune and rememberverdun I guess things can always be worse...............
