Beeaired,   We'll try to keep you entertained.....best part.....you don't even have to leave your chair.  Here's hoping your elbow is on the mend.  I sympathize with your MS, as two of my cousins have MS and it's a real nasty disease.   Here's hoping for your complete and speedy recovery.   Cheers.

Hi Beeaired,

Sorry to hear of your misfortune, but glad to hear you are on the mend. My
sister-in-law has had MS for the last 30 years so I can understand how that
must really complicate your recovery too. Always look forward to reading your
comments and wish you a speedy return to Verdun Connections!

Best Regards,

Alan

Hello Beeaired,   You are one of those people that I can't forget your "name". Saw a picture of you with that big "beard", and to me Beard and Beeaird are one and the same. Sorry to hear of your medical problems, but glad to hear that you are still able to contribute to "Connections". Have always enjoyed your input. As others have said, you have a lot of people pulling for you! Good Luck!   Art

Hi Frank,   Sorry to hear you have MS.  Hope you health gets better.   Do you remember Wayne Lennix ( lived on Rushbrooke St.) and Eddy Johnson (lived on Verdun Ave and Stratmore).  Well to let you know Eddy died that Thursday evening.  At the funeral I met Wayne there and we talk about some of the people we went to school with.  I play darts Stan Pearce at Legion every Tuesday.   I remember you well, I hope you remember me.   Barbara

Hi Barbara, Sorry to hear of Eddy's death, I am assuming same Eddy, brother to George.  If Stan is the same person who worked for the Gazette for many years.....say hello for me.  We played a lot of poker together back in the 50's and 60's.   He was quite a good hockey player.  If he has internet, please give him my email address......gmartin_canadawest@shaw.ca.........Thx.......Sonny

Yes, remember you as well,,you had a brother that hung out with us as you did as well...Diane Redfern lived next door to me. Barbara Kemp was also in the group, she married a guy from Rushrooke ( kenny davidson)and lives near Brown Blvd. Had called her a few years back..told her might get to Verdun if health improves..........sure..doug..sure..
