Ps: This site is monitored but not actively posting on a regular basis. Mostly these are stories & some photos saved from a defunct site known as Verdun Connections which was on MSN Groups initially then on a social network called Multiply.

Thanks for surfing by , this thread topic was actually saved from an older site making the post probably closer to 2001 or 2002 then reposted to save the content when the original site closed down. So this shows as if I LesF re-posted it in 2005 (actually saving it from banishment to the cyber-space graveyard)....so hopefully the person who initiated the thread may surf by and see it again,and get in touch with you. Many people were looking for old friends particularly in the beginning of the online wave of computer users and new groups such as MSN Groups which later morphed into a site called Multiply ( the forerunner to FB) have all come and gone. I am not a fan of FB so I saved these old stories. I do know however that newer groups have taken refuse on FB and you may find some of them if you checkout FB (look for Montreal or Verdun related groups I;m sure you will find some for sure.
