Re:Jim Haire In 1946 I went to Rushbrooke School with a Ronald Haire, a short Blond haired fellow, who lived in that exact location, 3rd floor across from the "Palace Theater," near Hickson and Wellington Streets! He was quite a RASCAL! A real womanizer in the 6th grade! He  went skiing with me on Mount Royal and we bought  several 5 cent bags of bakery chunks, ( Bakery next to the theater) which we ate on the way back to school after lunches. He had a wild sense of humor.(Got him into serious trouble at school, many times) He lived with his Mother, no Dad in the picture. I lost track of him after 7th Grade, don't think he went to VHS. Ahh, those were the daze! We have a Car Dealership owned by a person named Haire, in Bradenton, Florida. (Must check him out) I think of Ron when I pass it by. Victah1

Victor, I read that you went to Bannantyne school and since you are 70 (i'm 74) this would be the period that I lived at the corner of Galt and Bannantyne since I lived there from about 1937 to 1955 (857 Galt). Just thought I would let you know that we where neighbors at that period. Guy

"Hi Guy!"
An American expression! But I guess they call you GEEE, as in a Franco name. I knew lots of guys, but can't recall you GUY! (humor?) Yep, I spent one year at Bannantyne, but you probably went to St.Willibrord School. We both go back a long way, but that was life as we knew it. Hey most of the "KIDS" on the Site missed out on the EARLY VERDUN Scenario! The good olde DAZE! I wish members would put more info into their
"Member Info" File , like last names, AGE and School attended and their EMails, it would improve CONNECTIONS. Not too many of us on the Site.
Hope you had a great Holiday Season, can you believe it's 2005 and nice to be ALIVE! Victah1

Victor, I went to the french school just around the corner also on Bannantyne above Church, Notre Dame du Cénacle. Take a look at the Picture section and you see me and other members of my family. Of course the pictures date back to the 40s. Some of my friends called me ti-Guy but for the most part they called me Guy. Also, check out the member information section and you will get more information on me. I will gradually add more details but I am reluctant to do so because I don't want to start getting all kinds of advertisements since we then become public. I suggest you also add more info on yourself. I see you now live in Florida. I have a brother and sister who also live there. Guy
