bakeries

I lived on Rielle and for everyone in our family's birthday we got a snowball cake from Mains Bakery (spelling?) It was on Wellington near Willibroard or 1st Ave I think. Is it still there and was wondering if Muirs Bakery is still around, I think it was on Wellington near Melrose or Argyle.

Muirs was on the north side of Wellinton
between Argyle & Melrose, closer to Argyle,
they moved there fom the Point they were
a Scottish Pastry shop.Their meat pies
were good alas can't find any bodies to
match them.

Muir's were taught how to make Scottish meat pies by my late Brother-in-Law Ken Smith Main

Ken's dad was my Uncle. I spent many hours in the Bakery in Verdun. Sweet memories.
