Verdun High Year Books

Someone must have saved their VHS year books from the 50s. I lost mine
in the many moves I made over the years. I think I can talk for the
'senior citizens Verdunite' here in saying, we'd appreciate going down
memory lane. Try scanning one or two pages, we would like very much to
see ourselves as teenagers I'm sure.

essence of ultimate good, if I am inspired to reach wider horizons of
thought and action, if I am at peace with myself, it has been a
successful day."

Anyone know the printing company who did the year books for VHS? This
printing company who had made all the VHS year books from the first
printing up to the school closing down may have saved one copy of all
the year books printed. An example -- 1930 to 1970 would only include
40 books. Not too many to store I think.

childishness and the desire to be very grown up."

The VHS Yearbooks that I have are printed by 2 different companies. Josten's/National School Services Ltd of Winnipeg Manitoba (76 at least) and Douglas Press of Montreal (seems to be the older ones) address listed in the 71 yearbook is 620 Cathcart St. tel: 866-4757. Good luck

I have yearbooks from '59 to '62.  I can't find where they were printed anywhere in the annuals.  But on the outside of the back cover of the '59 book (only)  is a 1"x1" crest in the lower right hand corner that has the word 'Walsworth'. When I googled that word it seems to be a company that printed yearbooks, but its in the USA.   Good luck & Cheers, Linda

I was just thinking, isn't it funny the kinds of things you hold dear to your heart?  I have carried these  4 school annuals around for close to 42 years.  They have never been lost after all the moves, all the kids, and all that life has to offer.  Things of more monetary value have fallen by the wayside, but these books always seemed to follow me.  They are a little worse for wear...the glue has dried up, pages loose and yellowed, etc.  It certainly puts things into perspective for me.   Cheers, Linda
