I've added a couple of old photos I found recently. Me on Brown Blvd in the early sixites with a friend whose name escapes me, another of a group of us who went to some sort of club at Dawson's. The older boy in the picture ran it if I'm not mistaken.
Then a great New Year's Eve party. This one I remember almost everyone!

Hi Bim, Could be, but I don't know if I would even know the names if I heard them. I do know Joan. We lived next door to her for a while. Our mothers were quite good friends. We moved into Noreen Gibbs family's house at 754 beatty when her father was transferred to Ottawa with Bell. Maggie

Hey, it's alright, we all forget. Margaret O'Hara from Crawford, seems to remember more about my life in high school than I do! I keep asking her questions. I guess we lived at 754 from about 68 to 70 or 71, when we moved to Crawford. Do you remember Bradley Pye? Lived on Osborne below Verdun Ave. He's out west and we have been in touch too. He and I were in Miss Rayside/Mrs Davies class 3 times together at Woodland. We even went to her wedding! Maggie

Hi Bim, Yes, she does remember you! And yes, I think that is Mike Prosser. I don't know that I ever knew Mike all that well, though we did go to school together for a lot of years, but a couple of years ago we got in touch through the Yahoo group and chatted by email. I should see if his address still works and send him this picture. Some of the other in the picture are Jamie Hicks, he in the US now and we've "spoken" recently. Ian Hicks, he's an immigration lawyer in Toronto. Bob Dillon sitting on the floor in front. I just sent him some pictures of him at another party and he got a great charge out of them. Then of course Joan Mannard and Fred Hart. Sure is fun to see how we all looked! Maggie
Hi Heather, Did you go to Woodland or VHS, sorry but your name doesn't ring a bell yet. I'm sure it will come to me:) I always thought the two girls on that end were twins! I have another photo from the same day when we were all climbing up the mountain holding on to a wire fence! I rememer the cuts on my hands afterward. I'll have to see if I can find it. Hi Maggie, I went to Woodland & VHS. The picture was taken during a Day Camp at Dawson's, if I am not mistaken. I lived on Egan, between Bannentyne and Verdun. Sometimes I would walk to Woodland School with Brenda Milne and Diane ? I forget her last name. Hmm... Windsor I think. I went to Riverview from Kindergarden to grade 2. My nickname in VHS was Jo. I was seeing Lindsay White during my high school days. I never really knew you back then but your name does ring a bell. It seems like so long ago. Heather.
Hi Heather, I looked up your name in the year book on Yahoo. I do remember the face, but you're right I don't think we knew each other. I graduated in 75. Do you know who the other girl is in the picture, the one I thought was your twin? Or the boy? Maggie

Hi Mike! Good to hear from you again. That party sure was a while back, wasn't it. I sent it and some from another party to Bob Dillon, the one sitting in front looking very serious. He got quite a kick out of them. I found a few newspaper clippings from Verdun sporting events that I will scan later. Lots of VHS football stuff and Bim- I have a picture of you and the midget soccer team. I'll get to it later today! I should imagine somewhere around we have some football things from the 60's when my brother played with Leo's Boys. I'll have a look. Maggie
